Our Talent Partner program supports every recruiter joining as a new Cielo team member with the learning and skills they need to be successful and deliver the client and candidate experience we take pride in. By accepting a recruiter role with Cielo, you will automatically participate in our Talent Partner program supporting your transition to Cielo. As time goes on, if you want to refresh your skills, you can participate in any courses to ensure you always have access to the top training to support your success.
To continue your career as a recruiter at Cielo, we’ll take you through an in-depth course that will equip you to transition smoothly to your new role.
- As a Cielo Recruiter, we’ll take you through a two-week onboarding program.
- This is a fully paid, 100% virtual training program during your first weeks as a new Cielo Recruiter.

Through our paid, on-the-job training program, you will kick off your new career as an Associate Recruiter.
