Job Description
The Manager - Candidate Generation is responsible for leading and managing a team to deliver effective candidate sourcing strategies and oversee the execution of candidate generation processes. This role ensures alignment with the company’s sourcing vision and collaborates with various stakeholders to maintain a high standard of candidate experience and meet organizational talent needs. The Manager will be driving strategic sourcing initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Work Setup: Hybrid - 2x per week in Mandaluyong
- Work Schedule: APAC - PH 3rd Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST/CST)
- Must haves: 7-10 years relevant operational/Tech/Implementation/Change Management Experience. With Strong preference for HR Tech, MSP/BPO/Staffing Firms.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Delivery Leads - Candidate Generation, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets and professional development.
- Collaborate with the Vice President - Candidate Generation to develop and align on sourcing strategies that meet business needs and drive results.
- Oversee the implementation of candidate generation plans and ensure consistency and quality in sourcing activities.
- Monitor team performance metrics, provide coaching, and set clear expectations to meet KPIs related to pipeline quality, candidate engagement, and overall efficiency.
- Partner with internal client service teams to assess sourcing needs, build strong relationships, and deliver tailored candidate generation solutions.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging sourcing technologies to identify new tools and processes that enhance the team's capabilities.
- Develop comprehensive training programs and resources for sourcing teams to build skills in talent research, market mapping, and candidate engagement techniques.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to streamline candidate generation workflows and enhance overall productivity.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, data protection regulations, and other relevant employment laws.
- Contribute to the analysis of sourcing data, providing actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and improve sourcing outcomes.
- Collaborate with DEI partners to integrate diversity-focused outreach and branding initiatives into sourcing practices.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Manager - Candidate Generation will lead a team of Delivery Leads, and other individual contributors of the assigned team of reportees, providing guidance, conducting performance reviews and supporting professional growth.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or in a related field or equivalent international degrees or courses.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or in a related field or equivalent international degrees or courses.
Experience:
- Required: At least 4 years of experience in a sourcing or recruitment role with demonstrated progression to managerial responsibilities. Experience in managing or leading teams and implementing successful candidate generation strategies
- Preferred: Proven success in developing and scaling sourcing initiatives.
Exposure:
- Required: Strong technical knowledge of recruitment tools, CRMs, ATS platforms, and social media sourcing. Familiarity with sourcing best practices, Boolean logic, and innovative sourcing techniques
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience in data analysis and using metrics to drive improvements in sourcing strategy.
- Up-to-date knowledge of DEI best practices in sourcing and recruitment marketing.
