Recruiter [Automotive Hiring]

As a Cielo Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering service excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle while acting as a trusted talent advisor and brand ambassador for a leading automotive client. Delivering exceptional talent and supporting business growth through strategic recruitment solutions. Leveraging your sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and market knowledge, you will influence hiring decisions, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure successful delivery against recruitment goals and key performance metrics within a dynamic and highly collaborative environment.

• Work Location: Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar)
• Work Setup: 5 days work from office
• Work Hours: M-F 9:30 AM - 6:30PM 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and locations within India.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and talent mapping techniques.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior business stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and provide recruitment guidance.
• Conduct candidate screening and assessment to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Deliver high-quality candidate shortlists aligned with hiring expectations.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Drive recruitment performance against established metrics such as time-to-fill, fill rate, and hiring conversion ratios.
• Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and recruitment recommendations to stakeholders.
• Support offer management and facilitate successful onboarding of selected candidates.

Position Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting. 
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Proven success in volume hiring and managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong sourcing skills, including direct sourcing and talent mapping.
• Experience supporting hiring across multiple locations or Pan-India recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruitment experience within the Automotive, Mobility, Manufacturing, or related industries.
• Experience hiring for sales, business-facing, field, or operational roles.
