Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and execute recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for high-volume sales and field-based hiring requirements across multiple locations.
- Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements, deliver qualified candidate slates, and build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process with timely updates and a positive candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring leaders to develop offer recommendations using market data and compensation guidelines.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience within an RPO, agency, in-house, or shared services environment.
- Experience recruiting for high-volume, customer-facing, or sales-focused roles.
- Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and consultative partnering skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions through data and market insights.
- Experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience recruiting Sales and Commercial talent within FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, Telecommunications, or other customer-facing environments is highly preferred.
