You will act as a strategic talent advisor, leveraging your deep understanding of the Singapore and regional talent market to drive end-to-end recruitment while influencing hiring decisions through data, insights, and industry expertise.
This role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter with a strong background in engineering, industrial, or manufacturing hiring, who thrives in a stakeholder-facing, consultative environment.
- Work Location: Singapore (Onsite at client location – 3 days per week)
- Onsite presence is required to support close stakeholder engagement, real-time collaboration, and effective delivery in a client-facing environment.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead consultative intake discussions with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring strategies within the advanced manufacturing domain
- Provide market intelligence specific to Singapore and APAC, including talent availability, compensation benchmarking, and competitor insights
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract niche talent across engineering, operations, and supply chain functions
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Build and present high-quality candidate pipelines, ensuring alignment with both technical requirements and business needs
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing hiring decisions through data-driven insights
- Deliver a strong candidate experience, maintaining consistent engagement and communication throughout the process
- Collaborate closely with HR, P&C, compensation, and regional stakeholders across APAC
- Mentor and support junior recruiters and coordinators, contributing to overall team capability
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across recruitment processes and delivery
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record in:
- Advanced manufacturing
- Industrial, engineering, or technical hiring
- Proven experience operating in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment, ideally supporting complex, stakeholder-heavy accounts
- Demonstrated success recruiting for roles such as:
- Manufacturing / process / quality engineers
- Operations and supply chain professionals
- Production or plant leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of APAC talent market dynamics, including talent availability and compensation trends
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, SmartRecruiters) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders in a matrixed, multicultural environment
- Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills
