Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead intake discussions with hiring managers to understand role requirements, providing market insights and guidance on candidate profiles, availability, and hiring strategy.
- Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using a variety of channels (e.g., job boards, internal databases, talent networks, and market mapping) to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, demonstrating strong research and sourcing capability across relevant talent markets.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to align on sourcing approach, sharing market feedback and adjusting strategies as needed to improve hiring outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and present qualified candidates aligned with role requirements, ensuring a consistent and objective evaluation process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining consistent communication and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support offer development in partnership with hiring managers, using market data and internal guidelines to inform recommendations.
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting.
- Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition.
